1. Program Description

Rainmakers Marketing Group Inc., operating as Rainmakers Business Solutions, is a Calgary-based sales training, coaching, consulting and speaking company led by Jackie Rainforth.

This messaging program sends text messages to people who have booked an appointment, registered for a program or event, or requested information from Rainmakers Business Solutions through our website at rainmakersgroup.ca or our forms, and who have explicitly opted in to receive SMS messages. Opt-in is collected through web forms with a dedicated checkbox for SMS consent.

Messages include appointment confirmations and reminders, rescheduling updates, program and event updates, and customer support communications.

2. Cancellation and Support

You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text STOP to the number +1 587-330-9456. After you send the SMS message STOP to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.

3. Carrier Liability

4. Message Frequency, Message and Data Rates

As always, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. You will receive recurring messages, and message frequency varies based on your appointments, your program and event registrations, and your interactions with us. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.

5. Supported Carriers

Our SMS program works with major Canadian and U.S. wireless carriers, including Rogers, Bell, TELUS, AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, and most regional carriers.

Payments for our programs, courses, events, and services are processed securely by our payment processor.
