Rates & Fees: The client will be auto-charged monthly or yearly via credit card prior to the start of services. If payment fails or is not received within seven (7) days, the unpaid balance will bear interest accrued at a rate of two percent (2%) per month, and RAINMAKERS MARKETING GROUP INC. may, in its sole discretion, cease performing the Services until payment is made in full. The client must pay all reasonable costs, including attorney’s fees and expenses, incurred in collecting amounts owed and past due. Additionally, a one thousand ($1,000) dollar fee will be applied per day in the event of any chargeback.
All Rainmakers membership programs are non-refundable after purchase. Rainmakers Membership programs are auto-renewal-based with a 30-day cancellation policy.
Termination. RAINMAKERS MARKETING GROUP INC. may immediately suspend or disable the provision of any Services to Client if Client fails to timely pay in for any invoice amounts when do hereunder, upon written notice to the Client. RAINMAKERS MARKETING GROUP INC. may terminate this Agreement effective immediately if Client fails to fully cure such non-payment within fifteen (15) days after receipt of written notice of such nonpayment.
RAINMAKERS MARKETING GROUP INC. will not be liable for any incidental, consequential, special, indirect, punitive, or third-party damages or claims, including lost profits, lost savings, lost productivity, loss of data, and loss from interruption of business.
Confidentiality Client recognizes the highly specialized nature of RAINMAKERS MARKETING GROUP INC.’s business, Client will, during RAINMAKERS course of work for Client, obtain, create, and/or be provided access to certain valuable confidential information, developed, compiled or utilized by RAINMAKERS in its business which is not known to RAINMAKERS MARKETING GROUP INC.’s competitors or to the General Public. Content, consider materials received to be received in confidence on behalf of RAINMAKERS and not to be shared with third parties. Further, Client shall, upon cessation of their work relationship with RAINMAKERS , immediately and permanently cease all use of all Confidential Information, and continue to abide by all other confidentiality provisions of this Agreement.
Every effort is made to keep the training running smoothly and as per schedule, however, RAINMAKERS BUSINESS SOLUTIONS takes no responsibility for and will not be liable for, the training sessions being temporarily unavailable due to issues beyond our control.
